Joanna was very kind and was able to fit me in the same day. I got a haircut, shampoo and also my eyebrows waxed! She is good at listening and paid attention to the details I wanted. My eyebrows and hair looked the way I wanted them.
I was looking for a place to get a simple short women’s haircut that isn’t ridiculously expensive and Joanna’s is perfect. $45/cut, text her to make an appointment.
She mentioned that Oakland Chinatown businesses still haven’t recovered since Covid, which is a real shame. Highly recommend you come here!!
