Was interested in gifting my partner personal training sessions, tried to call them multiple times without success. Sent an email and Carl got back to me through there. We discussed signing up and finding the right trainer for my partner, but then Carl stopped responding after saying he'd find a trainer ASAP. Both my partner and I followed up in the span of 2 weeks with no response. It's been 3 weeks now so we've given up. I have always hated going to the gym and working out but I love this place. Working out doesn't feel like a chore when you have Annie as a trainer. She is not only knowledgeable about movement, weights, and your body but she can work with your limitations (I started with a back injury). I also highly recommend her for the great conversation and recommendations for yummy food.If you're thinking of trying this place, do it! They have a 3 session package that is a great deal and then you will be hooked too.
