The hot stone deep tissue massage is such a treat. And Cecilia is so generous with her sage advice on home-based practices to maintain health. The treatment environment is peaceful and beautiful, and every effort is made to maximize healing and comfort.

I had the most amazing massage with Cecilia and also received a wonderful introduction to Ayurveda. Cecilia carefully chose just the right oils for my constitution and my current condition. I had come from a stressful work meeting and her treatment helped me ground and relax so that I could take the time to process the events of the day without reacting. I am very eager to explore more of the services and start taking steps to incorporate Ayurveda into my life. Cecilia is so full of joy and caring. I can’t wait for my next visit.

Treating myself to a session with Cecilia is hands down (pun intended) my favorite gift to myself. I’ve been celebrating my birthday and other events with an Ayurvedic treatment for a few years now. It’s a feast for the senses and a bliss out retreat. As someone who did bodywork myself for a decade, I’m very particular. She’s just outstanding.
