This family hair salon provides attentive and caring service for its customers. I called to check if they would be willing to dye my hair using organic hair dye I had bought. The woman on the phone said yes so I came in, though earlier than expected since my schedule freed up, and she kindly took me in. She was careful to read the instructions and apply the dye without pouring too much since she didn’t want to waste it. I expressed that I’d like to dye my hair here again in the future if it works well. Visiting from out of town, and am so glad I discovered Family Salon! Ms. Zhen was incredibly nice to give me a haircut on short notice today. She was very sweet, personable, and listened to the style I was describing for and certainly delivered! Ms. Zhen was very gentle and handled my hair with care, no hair pulls here! Her work is also meticulous, I felt comfortable knowing that she did not rush her work. Haircut and bang trim for me was beyond affordable. Tip generously! :) Happy to support such a quality small business! Will absolutely stop by again!!

I went in there last minute for a trim & this mom/pop shop people were so nice! They didn’t rush in cutting my hair and there wasn’t any wait. I really liked how my hair came out because I had so many split ends then needed to be trimmed off. I do recommend people to come here!
