The service was quick and efficient. I showed up to my appointment and this nice lady named Samantha helped me through the process. Then Cindy was very patient with my questions and antics while helping me with my pre-tests (and had some wicked cool origami art too). Doctor Nguyen was very descriptive and gave me some test glasses to help me see more clearly than I even thought possible!

After I got the frames Samantha recommended I've been getting so many compliments too! Such a good experience!

Important note: They only accept VSP insurance so if you don't have it save your time.

I saw Dr. Nguyen for my first appointment at Rockridge Optometry. She was so incredibly thorough and honestly, I’m a bit in awe. For many years, I’ve had astigmatism and pain in my right eye. I sporadically wore my glasses because something still felt off despite previous reconfirmation of my prescription. Turns out the axis was practically opposite. Dr. Nguyen caught this and now I WANT to always wear my glasses and my eye feels so much better. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen!
