Let me start by saying how friendly the receptionist was in the beginning. She greeted me by my first name as I walked in the door, as if she was expecting me. She explained all of my options clearly and what to expect as I never went to a chiropractor before. Dr. Won Yoo was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to pin point my injury and quickly diagnosed my issue as he examined my body. Excellent experience all the way around. The front desk clerk understood my insurance plan and explainedbto me how it workes. That was very important to me so I had no unexpected cost. The doctor I can't say enough about him. Just absolutely amazing. Really knows his craft and comes up with wonderful after care plans. I definitely would recommend this chiropractic office.
