Amy and Iris are the two PT's that I've seen at Back to Life Physical Therapy; they both are very knowledgable, and thorough in their explanations and guidance. Iris really listened to my list of issues and based on the info I put on the intake forms she had a plan for me. Each exercise she had me do, she pulled out the anatomy charts and explained exactly which muscles were being target and why. The exercises didn't *seem* really intense but here I am the next morning and feel a delightful soreness in my deep abdominals which means they are waking up! 10/10 would recommend!
Amy is a remarkable physiotherapist... I have had shoulder issues for years, decades really, with very little success with other physiotherapists. I've had two sessions with Amy since injuring my shoulder and she has made considerable progress on that joint.Amy is incredibly patient and really takes the time to explain how to do things right and not make things worse.I highly recommend her studio for anyone with skeleto-muscular injuries!
