In 2019 at he age of 76, I drove from Los Angeles for my first appointment with Dr. Ruch. After 20 min of painless treatment, I could stand up straight and taller. I was so impressed with his highly, effective techniques that I've made the trip back two or three times a year! At age 84 I'm functioning physically better than ever.
