I was hesitant at first, but the nurse Tracy was just awesome. She is very professional and knowledgeable…both of the doctors that I visited with were really good too, but Tracy is exceptional! I think that seeing a good nurse such as her is what makes it all work for them at that location!5 stars for Tracy! Hey, she even came in on her days off AND Sunday to administer my shots!!
The staff was kind, efficient and the Physician's Assistant in San Jose, very bright and knowledgable. I greatly appreciated Action Care's quick help on an urgent medical matter.
I had a wonderful experience. I had to go in due to my left ear being completely blocked. And Heather was super nice. I felt very comfortable with her and she fixed my ear. So now I can hear. Thank God???
