Adventist Health is a faith-based healthcare system known for its compassionate and knowledgeable staff. Patients report positive experiences with the doctors and staff, emphasizing their politeness and helpfulness. There is a considerable wait time but patients believe the time spent with each patient is worth it, as they actually care. The doctors and nurses are a bit overloaded with patients due to staff shortage but nonetheless patients are well taken care of and thoroughly at that. Many patients express satisfaction with their care and highlight the positive attributes of the healthcare providers.
Dr Shaffer is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I have ever had. I have never had such an amazing doctor and hope he sees me forever. From all my surgeries and specialist, he's navigated my health amazingly! I was in a coma a couple of years ago, I have a kinda rare blood clotting disorder and was dying. Dr Shaffner has been key in saving my life and giving me a new life. You should feel blessed to have a doctor like that affiliated with Adventist!

This was my first visit here to establish care. The NP came across as a bit impatient. The medical assistant was very kind and spent time with me, but then had me fill out the wrong form. Glad I caught it. So far, I am not feeling good about this.
