The overall experience was ok. The doctor I seen was helpful, but the front staff was a bit odd. The lady that helped me was fine, but as I was called for my appointment, they needed me to weigh myself. I ask, “do I need to remove my backpack and jacket?” They replied, “yes”, but the older front staff lady decides to yell out an extremely inappropriate comment. She says, “she needs the extra weight” insinuating that I’m too skinny. I’d assume people would keep their comments to theirselves in a professional setting, but some people are just dense. I haven’t returned for this reason.

out-of-towner here, LA native. I personally had the best experience. The ladies at the front were very friendly and attentive when I walked in this past Saturday at 10 am. Thank you Dr. Drake for mending my hubby’s injuries. Dr. Drake was warm and had the most amazing bedside manner; he made us feel at ease. We have Kaiser insurance but paid a $75 visitation fee; very reasonable price.

These awesome people are the best !! They have taken good care of my needs each and every time i came in and i am very pleased with the medical staff as well as the reception desk girls the best ???? so much better and full staffed not skeleton medical help like other places thanks Camarena health of Oakhurst ??????
