this place is honestly the best laundromat ive been to in a while. machines are big and actually work, no having to run three cycles to get stuff dry. the lady at the counter was super nice and helped me figure out which washer to use. prices felt totally fair, especially for the size of the machines. i drove out of my way a bit but it was absolutely worth it.
Gloria is well educated and hugely talented! She has a great way with both humans and pets!

I have seen alot of Doctors in my 79 years, and Dr. Shaffner is the absolute best without question in my point of view. Yes the wait to get into his office can be long, but its worth it to get a genuinely caring Doctor that actually listens to you and is interested in helping you find solutions to your medical needs. Instead of a Doctor that just prescribes pills and sends you on your way.
He and I share the wholistic and herbal approach to health, and avoiding Rx medication whenever we can. He is solid gold in my opinion.

This was my first time needing physical therapy, and everyone was kind, welcoming, and supportive—from the front desk staff to the therapists and owners.
Most of my visits were with Dr. Hana, who is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She helped me manage my knee pain, prepare for my upcoming TKR with a strength-building plan, and address some plantar fasciitis concerns.
I highly recommend the team at Oakhurst Physical Therapy. I'll be back after my TKR, and I know they'll be there to help me recover and get back to the outdoor activities I enjoy.

We took a siblings/in-laws trip to Yosemite and booked a photoshoot in the park. Carrie exceeded our expectations!!! She took us all throughout the and found the best spots with the perfect lighting and backgrounds. Carrie is gifted in making her clients feel comfortable & relaxed and her style is gorgeous! I have very fine hair. I have had horrible time finding a hair designer who could make my hair look half way decent.
However, since Taylor has been taking care of on hair, my hair looks full and wonderful, No longer flat, droopy, and messy.
Someone, even thought I had resorted to wearing expensive wigs because they had never saw my hair look so perfect.
I even let people take photos now because hair always looks styled.
I love Moxy Hair Salon! Martine is the best stylist. So personable and such a clean, cool environment. I recommended him to a friend and now she goes only to Moxy's to get her hair cut and highlighted.
The crew at Solstice Salon have an impressive ability to transform the appearance of their clientele, leaving them feeling great and looking even better. I started getting my haircut here about 4 years ago and I have never changed to another hairdresser. Even from my first visit, I knew I had found the perfect place for me (I have very thick curly hair and most places can’t handle it well). However, it became clear to me that the hairdressers at Solstice are professionals after I received my first haircut there and left looking better than I ever had. I’m serious about the “transformation of appearances” thing, it was incredible to see the drastic difference getting a haircut from a skilled expert (vs. an average employee) made to my look. I have only gotten haircuts there, but they offer all sorts of hair styling options, such as hair dye, balayage, etc. I’m very thankful to everyone at the salon for providing a professional feel and service to the town of Oakhurst!!
I drove in from out of town, arriving on a Sunday, and they were the only nail salon open, and they took me in as a walk-in! The service was great. It was super clean and comfortable and the prices were great.

I would like to give a shout out for Anthony at Hairway 41 Salon in Oakhurst. I was his last appointment for the day and he was running late so he gave me a call to let me know. That by itself is good customer service and not everyone will still take the time to do it. When it was my turn he was very patient, apologized and took his time with taking to me to find out just what I needed him to do. He was a joy and passionate about his work and family. I definitely will be back and recommend him to everyone ?

Outstanding work! We have used them for many projects, and their work is superior. Jake was super professional and knowledgeable. Ceiling fans, lighting, alarms, and our generator, they can do it all.
Highly recommend Northwestern Electric. Appointment scheduled within a reasonable time frame and work was initiated immediately. Gary worked very efficiently and we were charged a reasonable fee for his services.

Had a crown fall off on day 4 of an RV trip while I was in Yosemite. I asked the office staff there who would they go to and 2 of them said Oakhurst Dental center. They got me in that afternoon and fixed me up. Very quick, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Dentist, Rodney D. Peter, Oakhurst: 2024 Oct 1 (5) A crown that I'd reject. For many of us, going to the dentist is one of the traumas in our lives... though, recently, we had a nice visit, with the help of Meghan. Meghan is the dental assistant to the doctor. Meghan was calm, quiet, and caring. Her caring attitude helps patients feel relaxed and cared-for. She checked the blood pressure and rubbed topical jelly on the tooth. Meghan discusses possible infections, took X-rays and removed the temporary crown... all the while, calmly describing what she's doing and what the next steps were. I am very impressed with her professionalism and caring attitude. Meghan is a 5 in my book.
Dr. McClure is truly the best chiropractor in the area. He is exceptionally skilled at what he does and genuinely cares about your well-being. I’ve struggled with ongoing back issues, and he has always been attentive, supportive, and effective in his treatment. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality chiropractic care in Oakhurst or surrounding Yosemite Foothills.
Dr. Starnes is very very gentle and patient with me! I’ve have fibromyalgia. Had it before they named it. (I believe)
He uses moist heat on the back to loosen up muscles. Which is what I should have had all along. He’s always in a great mood too!!!

Lady was busy when I arrived. She had me wait a spell but gave me a complimentary foot soak and an extra 10 minutes on my massage. She knows pressure points and pain triggers well. Took her time and over came her broken English. One of the best massages I have had. She wore a knee length red dress that would have complimented Captain Kangaroos jacket.
