“I called these people because my septic line had backed up causing flooding in my shower. The line unclogged itself overnight, but I needed to make sure everything was good. When he showed up, he asked a few questions and determined I should turn on the tap and shower while he looked in the cleanout to see if everything was running ok. Since everything was good, he replaced the cap on the cleanout. I was not charged anything for the call, even though he was there on Christmas Eve. These are good and kind people and I won't ever be calling anyone else for anything plumbing related.“
