While the other local businesses were telling me they would call back sometime in the next three weeks, or not even answering the phone, and STILL have not returned my calls, this guy said he would be over in two days. It was HOT! He showed up right when he said he would and diagnosed my issue within minutes. He had my compressor up and running a few minutes later, then started cleaning the condenser coil. He actually spent most of his time here cleaning it up. The bottom line on the invoice was certainly reasonable, and he left us with a noticeably quieter condenser about 90 minutes after he arrived. Alex is a breath of fresh air. He called back right away and was here quickly and is even coming back in the extreme heat to confirm what the unit is doing and not charging extra. This man will do the right thing and won't mark things up, he is so real and transparent and that is a breath of fresh air. He has a heart for people and high integrity and that is so hard to find. I highly recommend him.
