“Called Taylor at the last minute and she got me in. I’m so grateful she had the time because I was desperate for a haircut. I showed her some inspiration pictures and she talked to me and was the first hairdresser that actually made me feel like I was in charge of what I wanted in regards to my hair. She listened to me.
