From the moment I walked in, Jen and the other ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind. They immediately made me feel comfortable and right at home.

I originally came in because I had developed surface filler bumps in my lips from injections done at another med spa. I had been living with them for about 18 months and was honestly terrified of making the situation worse by having anyone touch them. “Dr. Gennady Rubenstein was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Upon my first meeting with him he diagnosed a growth on my lower eyelid as a cyst and proceeded to remove it and send it out for biopsy. Similarly, he assessed a small dark spot on my nose and recommended a biopsy to ensure it’s a benign melanoma. All was done efficiently on the same initial appointment and with an excellent assistant named Jenna. I’m extremely impressed with their care & dedication. Thank You ☺
*The one detail that would make their care at an even higher level would be to have follow-up calls for patients that had a procedure done. Either later the same evening or next morning. My dentist would do this after any major dental work and it was nice to know that, in case of an emergency,

On top of that, she’s so fun and easy to talk to, which is a huge plus for me since I have a low pain tolerance and definitely appreciate the distraction.

The last two times I went, I brought my 12-year-old daughter with me for her brows, and Lexi was SO patient with her. My daughter was really nervous, and Lexi went at her pace, eased her into it, and made her feel confident and comfortable the whole time.

“First time lip filler experience I wanted something extremely natural. We went with a little under 1 ml with Lovell and opted for the topical numbing cream. Pain was 5/10 but I'm also low tolerant to pain. I have to admit that my lips were very swollen post injection as expected but I still panicked! Lovell and staff were incredibly reassuring and supportive throughout the week post injection. Making sure they were available and even scheduled me to come back in to follow up and reassure some more. Once the swelling came down and the filler started to settle in the end result was exactly what I was looking for. People wouldn't be able to tell I have any filler in my lips. So bizarre - same type of growth, but on the opposite side of my mustache line. I knew exactly what it was, so I scheduled the official biopsy.

Juana was incredible. For me, the worst part is the lidocaine injection in my upper lip. I made this clear in no uncertain terms. Juana was patient, understanding, empathetic. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time and she applied a topical anesthesia to lessen the initial lidocaine effect (which only lasts a few seconds, but seems like an eternity to someone with zero pain tolerance). Gave me a squeeze ball, calmly had me relax, breathe slowly and steadily, close my eyes, and it was done!

I’ll have the results in 1-2 weeks, but I’ll be incredibly surprised if I’m not back here shortly after.“
