I can’t say enough good things about this LaserAway location! I’ve now had laser hair removal, Botox, and I’m currently in my Potenza series, and every single visit has been an amazing experience.
The biggest reason I keep coming back is the incredible team. Lisette, the manager, has created such a warm, welcoming environment where you truly feel valued as a person, not just another client. She has taken so much time to educate me about different treatments for my face, abdomen, and overall body, and I never feel pressured—just informed. Because of her knowledge and recommendations, I’ve felt confident trying new services that have been absolutely worth it.
Brianna, the lead nurse, is phenomenal. She performed my Potenza treatment, and she has such a gentle hand that she immediately put me at ease. She’s incredibly skilled, patient, and caring, and I always know I’m in great hands with her.
What really sets this location apart is how personal they make every interaction. The entire team is so warm, friendly, and welcoming every time I walk through the door. They check in, reach out when there are events or specials I might be interested in, and genuinely make me feel like I’m visiting friends rather than going to a med spa.
It’s obvious that Lisette’s leadership has created a positive, well-run office, and it shows in every interaction. I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received here, and I genuinely look forward to every appointment. If you’re considering LaserAway, I couldn’t recommend this team more highly. They truly go above and beyond!
