“I would give this place 20 stars if i could. I was looking for a new med spa & saw they had great reviews so i booked my appointment to dissolve my filler. My first appointment was canceled the day of because my injector had an emergency. I rebooked the next day after i moved my schedule around. The next morning the injector calls me personally to cancel because she’s really sick still so there was a bit of miscommunication the day before. The front desk hadn’t mentioned she was sick initially so i was very disappointed after a second cancelation when i had moved my clients around to come in. Nisa was SOO apologetic and understanding of my frustration though. I go to rebook my appointment and they’re fully booked so that only added to my frustration. However, Nisa came in on her off day just to treat me so she could make things right. And it doesn’t stop there. She even discounted my treatment to make things right. Now that is some top tier customer service. She was so warm & welcoming from the start but in person she is just so lovely and knowledgable, i truly felt like i was in such good hands with my injector. Also, the place itself is so damn cute!! Everything is pink, girly, floral, the aesthetic is just so on point. I’ll definitely be back because of Nisa!“

“Let me begin by saying that I'm not new to electrolysis. I've spent tons of money and time at other places and was left disappointed. Luckily I was referred to Shayne and figured that it wouldn't hurt to give it another chance. Shayne is an angel- she makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable, her space is clean, and most importantly she knows what she's doing. Even after my first session I noticed a huge difference in how the hair was growing back and even the amount. Every time I go things are getting better and better. “Kandi is absolutely the best nail tech in Los Angeles county. She's very friendly, kind and her creative side is through the roof. I've been getting my nails done with her for 1 year and I will be a faithful client forever. My nails last for weeks literally she uses very good acrylic that doesn't damage your nail bed. Most full set the nail tech doesn't do anything to your cuticles but Kandi makes sure the cuticles are on point every time. Thanks Kandi for all that you do!!!!!!“

“Literally Love this place! So I'm a stickler when it comes to my face. I try to take really good care of my skin. Found this place after googling and calling a few places that offered the Morpheus 8 treatment. This place was the most cost efficient. I made my 1st appointment to get my Morpheus treatment. First of all the place is magical. It is so beautiful and calm. The rooms were also so unique and so clean. I'm not sure what I was expecting but this place was super sanitary. They sat me in the room to numb my face and came in to check on my multiple times. Naz the esthetician working on my face did a full 15-20 minute talk with me about what I was looking to accomplish with my face before even starting the procedure. It hurt. Not as much as I thought it would but definitely bearable. I instantly saw a difference in my face. I loved the staff and center so much I made my second appointment the same day. After my second appointment time t I had asked them what other services they offer. They have all your beauty needs covered. I did laser hair removal and I've done it a few times in the past where it hurt. The machine they used was amazing. I couldn't even feel it. The result also lasted a lot longer than the laser treatment I got at New Look skin center. Waited to write my review after I had tried multiple variations of what they offered. 1. EVERYONE should get Morpheus done on their face here. I get asked all the time what I had done to my face! 2. If you're tired of shaving and getting bumps on your face get the laser hair removal. 3. They have this ab machine that I cannot recall the name but after about four treatments it was legit giving me a four pack. I loved it so much I've taken my mom in for Botox. Loved this place. Love the staff. The parking is convenient and discrete. The place is super clean. Would highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a little TLC for your face or body.“

“I found Bobbi on yelp by chance, originally to get a set of lashes done before I went on a trip. I've been to plenty of different lash places from moving around a lot, and Bobbi is by far the best I've been to. I really appreciate her kindness and she truly does care about her clients. She understood what I wanted to do and really took the time to make sure I was taken care of. She's very easygoing and has such a kind, fun personality and I really appreciate that about her! Every time I go for a fill I feel like I'm catching up with an old friend, we talk for a bit, then I relax and sometimes fall asleep. Bobbi is a perfectionist and really makes sure to give her best in everything she does. I find myself texting her and asking if she provides brow service or other random services (she's a licensed esthetician) because I trust her craft so much that I would want to go to her first when I need a beauty service done.
