I made an appt - one of my best ideas! Chris is very knowledgeable, calm, cool and communicates perfectly. He taught me a few things, cleaned up my external hard drive and a slew of "challenges" and my Mac is happier for it. Me, too. He does remote appointments as well as onsite. Have told all my friends about him - he is that good.“
