Verus is always prompt in their response time, and their technician Matt is always very patient, kind, and professional in his approach. It's nice to get back up and running so quickly.
Verus is very responsive, competent, and tenacious about finding soltuions. This is true for their entire staff. Always the same wonderfull attidue--there is no such thing as a stupid question, and all the techs still on the issue until the problem (at least through a work around gets solved.
