I was careful about my expectations since I had a problem with another contractor in the past, but the plumber arrived on time and fixed the leak under our kitchen sink efficiently in about an hour. He went over the repair procedure with me, pinpointed a bad gasket as the source of the problem and gave me some good information on how to avoid future problems.
I thought it would take a long time to install, but the technician had it done in within an hour and ran a few tests to verify there were no leaks before he left. It's been a couple days now and everything is still working flawlessly no issues.
I had a bad experience with another contractor before, so when I phoned about our pool plumbing problem, that was a leak in the main line, I was leery. The plumber was punctual, he used sophisticated equipment to detect the leak carefully and did the job quickly, completing the repair in just over three hours without excessive inconvenience.
