Long overdue for my review with them. My go to for the last 7 years. But these guys are the most honest plumbers I’ve ever dealt with. Never pushy or trying to upsell they just get the job done. I’ve had several different techs come out but last tech Jesus and his accompaniment went above and beyond. Highly recommend them and they respond quick!
having issues with my central A/c.they came in. did some work and service and made recommendations for next steps.i know my system needs to be replaced but it's working somewhat right nowand that give me time to consider my next stepstech was good. gave it to me straight and very helpful.
I had an exceptional experience with Norwalk-La Mirada plumbing I was dealing with a leak (cracked PVC elbow fitting) on the main water line coming in from the street.I was able to get a service call scheduled on a Saturday. I sent a text explaining the issue and attached photos to help expedite the process. The tech (Jesus) replied back within a few minutes and was at my place within 30 min. He explained the issue clearly and provided transparent pricing before starting the repair.Jesus was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done efficiently and effectively.
