Prime Installers was assigned to me through Lowes. Vic was great! While installing our garbage disposal, we liked how he spoke and conducted himself. We (my wife and I) asked him how much to install our toilet, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave. The price was lower than we expected so we hired him on the spot. Vic did it all quickly (because he knew exactly what he was doing) and up to code. We were so happy with Prime Installers, I am just sorry I did not post a review back on 3/10/18 when he did the job. I found the receipt for the work in a kitchen cupboard that was collecting all our never used manuals from all the appliances we bought from the previous year. Thank you, Vic, we are able and ready to trust plumbers again thanks to you!

I bought a dishwasher at Lowe's and Prime Installers installed it. The owner, Vic did an excellent job. Scheduling was easy and the company called the day in the morning and confirmed the time and he did come between the time slot. To remove the old one and install the new one wasn't easy due to a very small space I have and the new one was slightly bigger than old one. So, he adjusted height and put his wood panel to even the area. ( last time I bought a dishwasher at Lowe's, other plumber couldn't fit the dishwasher and I had to return and buy another one) Also, the new hose to the food disposer was short, so he made an extension to connect. Next time when I need a plumber, I definitely will call Prime Installers. Vic said he has a few reliable good workers.

I used Prime (or rather Lowes assigned them) for a Dishwasher installation in my home. They really did an excellent job. They called a week ahead to set up an appointment for installation and let me express a preference for time of day (although no guarantee). They also call the morning of installation to confirm the installation window again. It was very easy to communicate with them. The installation was painless, actually the best experience with any installer from Lowes, Home Depot or Best Buy. My old dishwasher died after 15 years. The installation guy uninstalled it and took it away as contracted. He also noticed that the old unit was hardwired (no outlet or plug used). The new Bosch required an outlet and he created a new outlet for $85. That's pretty reasonable given the time it took - some installation guys aren't capable and just leave you stuck. Prime was also great about inspecting the dishwasher at Lowes before taking it to my home. The rejected the first unit because it had dents and they were afraid it would leak. Overall the most professional inhalers I have used. My previous installers from Best Buy and Home Depot were not very good - either unprofessional or incompetent. Prime was great.
