“Dr. Ngo helped me recover from several different injuries, including a dislocated shoulder, stubborn knee injuries (incl. patella-femoral pain), and has also helped me to build an arch, correct my stride, and improve my posture, and improve my sciatica and resulting hip issues (after 20 years, I no longer use orthotics in my shoes). He is extremely talented, both in his hands-on manipulation techniques (has increased range of motion and fixed frozen shoulder on my dislocation side), and also in terms of building recovery and PT programs that are easy to follow and much more effective than the cookie-cutter exercise programs that I had been given by PTs in the past. While the price charged is premium, there is lots of value there, as Dr Ngo is generous with is time and often follows up conveniently by text or phone, even sending updated exercises via videos over text. He clearly cares deeply about achieving success for his patients, and I can confidently say that as a very active person, I am in much better shape now and avoiding more injuries as a result of coming to him periodically for the last 2 years. He can help athletes perform, help people live with less pain, benefit recovery, and he even helped me reduce my nighttime teeth grinding. A great overall therapist and trainer. Don't hesitate to give him a shot, as every visit will leave you with valuable outcomes.“

“Im a retired nurse and I have been treated by Dr Russo for several years due to back pain. No matter how I feel coming in, I always feel better with relief of pain. He uses a special tool called an activator makes it painful with no "cracking" of the bones. He is open daily M-F and has late appointments as needed due to work. Danielle is the office assistant and is wonderful as well. She works magic with his schedule! Try him, you wont be disappointed!“
