Christian was responsible for helping care and coordinate my fathers funeral who unexpectedly passed away. I live in a different state and was worried constantly of how everything was going to result but I shouldn’t have at all. Christian was amazing, consoling, and great at communication. (and I called/ emailed many times at different hours with questions) He throughly walked through the entire process of what to expect and how the timeline for the day would go. Loosing a loved one is always hard. You can never be prepared. I did not even know where to begin: I lost my father and I reached out to Crawford Lorenzen Mortuary. Gloria Hernandez and Wayne Holmes came to the house to take my father into their care. Both were professional and compassionate. They explained to us what steps they would be taking moving my father from the bed into their gurney. Before taking my father they asked if we would like to see him one last time. There was no pressure no rush from either one of them. When it was time for our arrangements Gloria made things easy.
