I didn't feel like I was just another client. We were like family and he kept me updated with her condition. “Have to be fair! Northridge Vet actually did send all paperwork to the insurance company! They (Embrace Pet Insurance) sat on the claim and then held it up for weeks! Results, sorry, we don't cover one cent of $4,500.00 surgery bill!! Beware of Embrace Insurance! They will happily process the $6 dollar claims and hold up the others! Do not Embrace them if you love you pet! Looking for another pet insurance.“
