“Did a great job for me. I contacted many concrete contractors for a job that was for the demolition and replacement of an existing driveway and sidewalk. Some contractors never responded or came out to estimate the job but never bothered to submit their bid back to me. I signed a contract with one contractor but he would never commit to a start date for the project. Pacific Outdoor Living came out and quickly gave me an estimate. They promised a quick start and project completion date and they kept their promises. They kept me informed during the planning and construction process. They are not the cheapest, but probably the best. I highly recommend them for your projects.“

What was a problem because of the flooding from excessive rain we keep experiencing in our backyard has finally been controlled. It was tested last week when almost two inches of rain fell in 24 hours. The new wall with a culvert and catch basin worked perfectly. “We first hired Steve and crew to replace a fence on the side of our house, and get rid of a planter and pour concrete to increase the size of the driveway. One of Steve's employees/subcontractors named Dean did the work. He did an amazing job. Super detail oriented, and organized throughout the job. It pretty much came out perfect.Since we were so impressed with this job, we hired Steve again to do some concrete and stucco repair work on the house then paint the exterior. Our house had many cracks, so it was a decent sized job. There were some issues with the visibility of the crack repairs, so Steve came in and redid the stucco on large portions of the house at no cost to us. We were very impressed by this responsiveness.
