I found Ruth online - she was highly recommended as a mobile Makeup Artist and Hairstylist and had great reviews. She did both my mom's hair & makeup and then did my makeup as well. The glam and hair help up all night, and we were very happy with how everything turned out! Ruth was very sweet and professional.
