Blowouts are a lot of work and a lot of chemical exposure. So tip them well. They take about 2 hours. I didn't realize I was probably undertipping in the past but with the cheaper Groupon it made it easier to tip better this time. I highly recommend Betty for Brazilian blowouts!“

Judy was so open and warm and while she didn't need a lot of information to cut my hair right, I could tell that she would have taken the time to listen if I had a laundry list of specifics. “I want to like this place, but 2 out of 3 haircuts I’ve gotten here were really bad. I like the older gentleman, he understood my unconventional haircut idea and had some fun stories. The new woman stylist did NOT listen to me at all. My last haircut she wasn’t even looking at me when I tried to explain what I wanted, I should have known then. I wanted less layers and she literally gave me a shag/wolf cut. I continue to get more angry about that as I hate my hair every day.“
