Judy was so open and warm and while she didn't need a lot of information to cut my hair right, I could tell that she would have taken the time to listen if I had a laundry list of specifics. It was a fast cut for a good price, and I ended loving my layered, shaggy 'do. I'll be coming back. Just remember to bring cash or have your venmo ready!“

“I want to like this place, but 2 out of 3 haircuts I’ve gotten here were really bad. I like the older gentleman, he understood my unconventional haircut idea and had some fun stories. The new woman stylist did NOT listen to me at all. My last haircut she wasn’t even looking at me when I tried to explain what I wanted, I should have known then. I wanted less layers and she literally gave me a shag/wolf cut. I continue to get more angry about that as I hate my hair every day.“

“Having my eyebrows done at Rem's was a breeze. I didn't know if I could walk in, so I called ahead to confirm, and sure enough, they took walk-in appointments. The spot was secured. The eyebrow service was done fast and very well. They asked me questions on my eyebrow preference which I hadn't really thought before. They told me their recommendation of thickness and it was a service well done! The service is a little more on the pricey end ($20 for eyebrow threading) but I think it was well worth it. Its been 2 weeks since I got my eyebrows done and my eyebrows are still holding up!“

“I went in for a Brazilian blowout from Groupon. Betty was great!
Blowouts are a lot of work and a lot of chemical exposure. So tip them well. They take about 2 hours. I didn't realize I was probably undertipping in the past but with the cheaper Groupon it made it easier to tip better this time. I highly recommend Betty for Brazilian blowouts!“

I came in with really long, dry, split ended hair, and I wasn't really too sure what to ask for, but she asked so many questions, and looked at all my references so thoroughly and patiently, and asked me what i liked about it, what i didn't, and what i liked about my hair and wanted to keep, and what i wanted to fix! and before we start cutting, she communicated what she'll do and really took time to explain what and what she was planning to do and what it would accomplish in the concerns of my hair. she's so sweet and talented. i'm so happy with my hair cut it's everything i wanted and more and it was the perfect experience, coming from a girl who's had so many bad haircuts i cry over for days. i love u michelle!“
