I’ll be honest this was the biggest waste of my time and money. My friend recommended me to to Adam Kristoffer and he fixed my issue in just under an hour. He worked his magic and did a deep tissue massage on the back of my left knee and the pain was gone. I will definitely start recommending him to anyone I know. The price is reasonable comparing it to the Physical Therapy which cost me $210.58 out of pocket with insurance for 3 visits.

For starters it's the nicest, cleanest massage studio I've been to. Smells amazing with a dimly lit massage room that calms you immediately. Adam is polite, professional and cool. He's well versed in how the nervous system works and how it affects soft tissue. He knows exactly where and how to massage the tension out and relieve painful inflammation. I'd highly recommend going to Adam for anyone who wants a real massage from someone who actually knows what they are doing. Worth your time and money. It's a wise investment to your mental and physical well-being. Adam is an asset you will want to add to your team of health professionals.
