Front desk staff is unprofessional. I booked an appointment for my mother for her physical therapy session, and was later informed that my mother's Medicare HMO does not cover the session. Instead of providing a second option of payment to attend the session, they went ahead and cancel my mother's therapy appointment. I then later found out that my mother has straight Medicare coverage (not HMO) and was accepted at another physical therapy center.This is a poor customer service.
