First time trying a workout class. I've found it's way better than trying to figure out what to do on my own and the instructors are super nice and fun which adds to the community aspect of the classes. Highly recommend, have finally gotten into the habit of regular exercise because of F45.
Really enjoy my classes at F45. I like that there’s both structure and flexibility to modify exercises as needed. The instructors are all friendly and helpful. I like that they vary the format and exercises each class so it’s always something a little different.
