TLDR. The quality of the work worth 4 star, but the poor management and communication is no more than 3.5 star. [Updated per the response from the owner] As I mentioned, we've no question about the quality of the work and this review was all about the poor communication during the job. If anything changes that affected the projects as what promised and confirmed before, it should have been communicated timely and we are reasonable people to understand if we were not being told at the end. Bertram and his team changed the entire flooring and painted my house. From my first call to him, he was responsible and finished the project in a very timely manner at a competitive price. He was also present on-site everyday to check the progress. I highly recommend working with him.
