We had a preliminary meeting to discuss the proposed plans for our home build. Mr. Parks, Dani and Kimberly were very professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of our home build. They worked with us to make the changes we wanted to our plan. Every detail of the build was discussed and we are looking forward to working with them to build our home.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience building our lake house with Parks. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, organized, and exceeded our expectations.
The attention to detail throughout the build was truly unmatched. Every aspect of our home reflects the quality and craftsmanship that Parks is known for, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work.

Shout out to Parks Construction. I had a person come out about my insulation. He stepped through my ceiling. Kept texting g back and forth. No results. Long story short. I contacted Parks Construction (because he built my house at the lake) to see if they could help me out with my problem. They stepped up when they didn’t have to. Sent one of their guys out to fix my ceiling. So much appreciated. Thank you Tara Trail(office staff), Paul Sessions ( Forman) and Andres Ojeda (carpenter) You did a great job and it looks amazing.
