This place is the worst. Dr. Golnaz Pahlevanlou spends more time complaining about your insurance than actually looking at your teeth. Dr. Golnaz leaves huge stains and plaque on your teeth even though insurance can and will pay for a cleaning. I suspect they are billing insurance full amount and skipping the cleanings when possible to make more money. You better have great insurance or Dr. Golnaz will not treat you equally.

I've been to this clinic several times and have had a good experience with the doctors, especially the pediatric ones. But I don't understand why they always have to cancel appointments. It happened to me with my son and now with my husband. I called to schedule an appointment. I waited a few months and finally the day of the first visit arrived (08/11 ). They scheduled the appointment for December 1, an appointment that was canceled two days ago and postponed to January 15th... I'm speechless!!!!

The staff is nice and usually I don’t have to wait more than 10-15 min. But today I’m having a bad experience with the wait time. They passed people in that were here after me and we still haven’t been seen by the Dr.
