About Opsam Health - National City Medical, Highland Avenue
OpSam Health - National City Medical is a clean and quiet clinic. The staff are very friendly, gentle, accommodating, professional, and caring. They treat patients with respect and are helpful. The doctors are kind, ready to listen, and willing to answer questions and concerns. They make sure everything is okay with a patient's health and are helpful in monitoring vitals. The clinic works hard to help everyone, preparing everything for patients like those giving birth. They partner with Scripps Mercy Hospital in National City. Many patients report amazing experiences, with some using the clinic for years for their children or for prenatal care, even when moving or changing insurance. Wait times can be short. Overall, patients love the staff and their doctors.
By the beard of Zeus, this place tests the limits of human patience. The wait times are epic, the staff rarely smiles or even greets you, and professionalism seems to disappear the moment management isn’t around.
When communication breaks down, patients are conveniently blamed instead of the clinic taking responsibility. Disorganized, rude, and wildly unimpressive.
I’m not mad—I’m just disappointed. And I won’t be back.
My dad went to his appointment to get a referral for the audiologist and another concerns about his health, his appointment was with Reynaldo Reyes he did not get his referral for the audiologist instead he got a hearing test performed by this pseudo doctor, the test consisted of snapping his fingers on each ear and ask him of what ear he could hear louder.
At this point I’m wondering if this individual is too tired , too lazy, maybe under the influence or he’s just too stupid!
I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.
Took my daughter to pediatrics and the MA was super rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was Perla. She called us to come in early and made us wait over 30 min because she was chilling on her phone!! Then, when she decided to call us in, she was dragging her feet and talking on the phone with the phone on her ear the whole time!!! What kind of costumer service is this?
