I have worked with a number of plumbing companies in San Diego and this has been my best experience so far. Great customer service, response time and the technician Kenny, was awesome. He addressed my garbage disposal issue and took the time to share feedback about other issues we are having completely out of scope of the work he was here to perform. 5/5 stars and immediately called them back and scheduled appointments to assess a major property drainage issue and other more serious plumbing concerns.
Our plumber today was kind a helpful. He kept it professional and made sure everything we needed was taken care of before just leaving. He explained the issue and what was needed to be done with any confusion. Thank you.
