Wow, what a great response to my call for help! What a worry when your furnace doesn't work on the first cold morning of the season.. My friend recommended Steve who responded by showing up in less than 24 hours, quickly diagnosing and solving the problem. (It was the thermostat.) I am very grateful and have put him on my calendar for a regular service of the system.

I called Steve and he responded quickly! my heater would not turn on. He checked the thermostat and said maybe it's the batteries. Well that's exactly what is and he replaced them. I tried to pay him for his time but he refused. I am so impressed! I will become a return customer for sure! Thank you so much Steve!

Don't believe the false reviews of Steve's business, professionalism and ethics. I've used Steve repeatedly (installed a new A/C system replacing my 30 year old one, freon refills that were very reasonably priced, and a furnace maintenance issue that came up just yesterday). He is extremely responsive, very ethical, great pricing and an all-around nice guy. We were so pleased with his business that I referred my brother when he moved into our development - and they share my view of Steve's Healing and Cooling.
