Harrison Smith installed our home's heating systems when we remodeled a few years ago. The installation was superb and his attention to detail and creative problem solving helped avoid some planning mistakes made by our general contractor. Just recently in November of 2022, we called him to check an error code, and he promptly resolved the issue. When our furnace wouldn't start, we were told by another company that we needed a new furnace. We called Harrison for a second estimate. He told us that a new furnace wasn't necessary, he repaired it and it has been running great ever since. He was responsive, prompt and I will call him first next time we have a heating or air conditioning need.
