I’ve been going to Massage Envy for a while now and it has made a huge difference! Rebecca is the best! Very kind and thoughtful.All the staff is very nice and professional. Highly recommend! A+++

I called to book a massage. She asked "what time".. I said " any evening or weekend I'm flexible" . She said " we have no openings" I said "for how long? " she said months and months .. I find that hard to believe. I'm a nurse and I live in Napa I figured they'd have a opening sometime. The woman was very rude. She then slammed down the phone. Seems to be how most businesses I've called or been to in Napa are. Just rude. Thank God I'm moving in a few months out of this state. Attitudes have no place in a business if you want to keep your company open.
