I had a plumbing emergency on a Monday morning and after leaving messages with several plumbers, begging for a call back, I got Darren on the phone. Even though he was in the middle of running an errand, he must have heard the desperation in my voice because he showed up at my house in under 10 minutes! He assessed the problem, came up with a few alternatives, and thankfully was able to fix the broken shower pipe on his first try. I broke the gooseneck when trying to unscrew the old shower head in order to replace it with a new one. Darren was very creative getting the old broken pipe from behind the wall so he didn't have to bust up any tiles. He got the job done, installed my new shower head and all is well with the world again :) I'm very impressed with his responsiveness, kindness, knowledge and experience. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!“
