Have used this family owned business and would never even call anyone else given my over 50 years of experience with his honesty and excellent work on everything they have done from having my mother's old wall heater removed and replacing it with new heat and air conditioner to coming out to check my unit today which was ok and never even charged me a service charge. Don’t find many businesses today that will do that. Will never try to sell you anything you don’t need.

Had a broken thermostat on one of the coldest mornings in Napa. Called Denny's Heating and Air Conditionin. Dennis came out right away and not only replaced my thermostat but also replaced all my filters and crawled up in the attic to confirm the heater was in good condition ( I was concerned about the overflow pan). I wouldn't use anyone else in the Valley for my heating or air conditioning needs. Dennis was very polite, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY reasonable.DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I reached out to Denny on behalf of our new card room, ACE & VINE in Napa because we were having a problem with the air conditioning system. He called me back the same day and was on site the next addressing the issue. He repaired and installed components the following day. Being a new business in Napa, it was great that he was able to have our card room cool, which left our players and dealers, happy! It is also my understanding that his service cost was quite a savings compared to other quotes.
