I have owned my Waterstone Gantry faucet for over 18 years. They provide the best customer support. When you contact them for problems the representative is always knowledgeable about their products. They provide me with repair parts and even a YouTube video link for instructions to replace the bad parts. Hats off to them. Fantastic products and service.
