I have owned my Waterstone Gantry faucet for over 18 years. They provide the best customer support. When you contact them for problems the representative is always knowledgeable about their products. They provide me with repair parts and even a YouTube video link for instructions to replace the bad parts. Hats off to them. Fantastic products and service.

Customer Service - Second experience with this company and all I can say is that these guys should teach a course on engaging with their customers. Absolutely awesome experience. Product is not only beautiful in various places of our home, but also comes with a lifetime warranty. Phone call to David Frazier in support was amazing. They get brand loyalty through customer experience.
