We had a spill on our duvet and they realized we urgently needed it back because it was our only one and they were able to do same day cleaning and pick up. Amazing customer service!
I came in as soon as they opened on a Saturday looking for help for my sons extremely wrinkled dress shirt he needed pressed for an event that morning and was met by a nice woman who said their normal machine used was not operating on saturdays, but that she would do her best to press it by hand. I let her know whatever she could do was better than what arrived in the mail. She told us to give her a few minutes and We didn’t want to hover, so we left to grab some breakfast burritos. When we came back the shirt was absolutely perfect and she literally saved the day. Awesome service! The nice folks were just about to close for the day and me being the last minute type of guy I am was in dire need of my shirt being pressed for my daughter’s 21st birthday party tonight. They were so kind enough to fire back up the press and presented me with a wrinkle free shirt and it was on the house!!! They wouldn’t even accept a tip from me! Great customer service and friendly folks. Highly recommend this dry cleaner and this will be my guys from here on out!!
