As a customer of this establishment, I was very pleased with them until recently. I went to drop off my clothing for cleaning, and was told I needed to pre-pay for the services. Whatever has changed with them will also cause me to change who I use for my dry cleaning.
They are the best. Reasonable prices. Fantastic Customer Service. We have been using them for dry cleaning and for laundering my shirts for about 10 years. I appreciate that the staff knows me and addresses me by name. They are always accommodating with a rush if needed.
I'm confused about all the terrible reviews. We've been bringing my husband's shirts here for a year and have never had one bad experience. They have always been very pleasant. I almost always have the same gentleman assist me and he usually carries the shirts out to my car since I'm juggling a baby too. Prices are right on par with what we've paid in the past. If we ask for items more quickly they have always been happy to rush them. We are very happy with them.
