the gym was 10/10 clean and not too packed the guy that helped my family Dayton was very friendly and professional, he gave us a great tour and showed us how to use a couple cable machines.

I have been coming here for years and the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. Julia was particularly helpful when I had a hair tie snap when doing a lift and she saved the day by giving me an extra. The juice bar is also really cool and the guy that runs it is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you feel welcome. Erick is also a cool guy and is always working hard, I will miss them when I move in the next month.
Great updated equipment way better gym experience than I expected. I would suggest they do a really deep cleaning of the locker room, restroom and shower/sauna area. It's not bad, but if you look closely you would see what I see. This type of deep cleaning would have to be done when the gym is closed.
