“My family and I have been enjoying this places pool for years. We've never lived at the property, but everyone is nice enough to open the gates to anyone walking up with their hands full. We had our daughters birthday their which was great thanks to the grills being free to use. Wish there were more bathrooms though.”
“We just closed escrow in SoCal area and I couldn't be happier with Sophia as my loan broker. She's incredibly responsive, even outside regular hours, and has provided invaluable guidance to us as first-time buyers. If you're seeking a broker who truly listens, responds promptly, and resolves issues efficiently, look no further than Loan Story. Highly recommend!”
“My experience with Jacob was phenomenal. This was my first home loan and Jacob made it flawless. The seller requested for a 21 day closure and believe it or not, Jacob made it happen in less than 19 days. The process on the whole was very smooth and he ensured that I feel comfortable at each and every step of the whole process. He is very patient and highly knowledgeable in his field, and shares them as needed with us, to make us aware of the processes involved. Personally, I felt a lot satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone out there who is looking for a smoother loan approval.”
