We had been working with a previous lender who was flaky and unreliable so when we found a house we wanted to offer on our realtor gave us the name of 3 lenders, Irene being one of them. In a matter of days she was able to get us everything we needed to offer on the new house, and while we didn't make it, she was right there with us for our next offer. Speaking of that next offer--it turned into being in contract and now being home owners! Irene and our agent, Kristin Romig, worked together to put together a competitive, strategic offer. We didn't have the most money, but we did have a great offer that eventually led to us getting into contract. In just about 20 days with my bank account being compromised a few days before our close date, and Shelter in Place ordered the same week, she made it happen. Irene is extremely honest, transparent, and pro-active; she is on your side. I think if she can manage this in the middle of a Pandemic, then we're sold. If we ever decide to enter the Bay Area housing market game again, we will definitely work with Irene.
