“I had a great experience working with Dwight on a commercial mortgage refinancing. Anyone familiar with the space knows how difficult and confusing commercial lending can be and it’s nothing like a residential mortgage. I thought I had a good handle on it after securing an SBA loan years ago, but pursuing a private refinance was an entirely new ball game.
To make matters more challenging, our situation was complex and far from straightforward. I was incredibly fortunate to find Dwight through a referral. He was patient throughout the entire process and took the time to guide us every step of the way, ultimately finding a loan program that met our criteria.
I truly appreciated his persistence, follow-through, and high level of professionalism. I would use his services again without hesitation. His service is worth every penny!”
